*Insurance: I accept a limited number of Cigna and United policies. I do not accept Anthem, Aetna or any other policies. Please contact me to verify insurance at least 5 days in advance of appointment. All appointments will be charged in full if not verified at least 24 hrs. in advance.
I can provide a receipt with billing codes for all appointments that you may submit
for reimbursement with your insurance company.

Includes comprehensive evaluation, health goals, diagnosis and treatment.

Follow up Acupuncture Treatment (60 min): $100
Follow treatment up from previous appointments, assess progress and goals
Extended Acupuncture treatment (90min): $120
This option is for patients who need additional time to work on health concerns

Facial Microneedling (30-45 min): $150-200
$150 for single sessions. Packages available at time of appointment. Prices will vary with custom or extended body areas.

Cupping only or quick maintenance appointment (30 min): $65
This option is for existing patients who have a focused treatment plan in place and need a quick maintenance treatment
