Nervous System Restoration Series

Many of us are living in an almost constant state of "fight or flight', in which our nervous systems remain in an activated, sympathetic state. This can often lead to insomnia, digestive issues, irritability, inflammation, and prolonged healing. We require sustained periods in a parasympathetic state (rest and digest) for our bodies and minds to heal both physically and mentally.  As the stresses of life compound whether personally or collectively, it can be hard to regulate our nervous systems without a little support. 

Acupuncture is known for effectively healing many ailments such as pain, digestive issues and fertility. Additionally, acupuncture can simply regulate and restore the nervous system, allowing the body to naturally regain its own homeostasis. 

As we continue to navigate the events of our world, locally and globally, it is important to support our nervous system and offer a reset for our body and mind. These treatments are intended to be used consistently and over a short period of time (no more than a week apart and up to 3 per week) to maximize the impact and lasting effects. We will be honing in on balancing and calming, bringing your body into a sustained parasympathetic state, rather than targeting specific health concerns. You will likely find that through this restoration, other health concerns will start to resolve as a result.
